Terms and Conditions

Our costs are based on estimated hours and will be re-costed on receipt of the final content & scope/brief.
50% deposit & 50% COD (Non - Retainer Clients). 
TDBS shall only commence once costs are approved and/or the deposit paid, concept and content are approved.
Our costs include 2 x client reverts - Any major amendments (re-layout, new or additional content, and format changes) by the client over and above scope and the allocated time, will be charged for additionally.
Source Files and/or open-files will be handed over once the invoice is paid in full. 
The project may not be rejected in its entirety hours spent on the project of the total amount will be payable to The Digital Brand Shop for time spent.
